Warranty conditions for the BOXIO product range

1. scope of guarantee
This warranty applies to all products in the BOXIO range purchased from authorized dealers. It covers all manufacturing and material defects that occur during normal use of the products. The standard warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. By registering your product on our website, the warranty is automatically extended to a total of 2 years.

2. What is covered by the warranty?

  • Replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing defects.
  • Repair of damage caused by material defects.
  • The warranty covers the free repair or replacement of components that become faulty due to manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period.

3. What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Willful damage, misuse or abuse as described in the product instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts.

4. requirements for making a warranty claim
The following steps are required to make a warranty claim:

  • Preservation of the proof of purchase as evidence.
  • Register the product on our website within 30 days of purchase.
  • Provide all necessary information about the date of purchase, the product model, the dealer and a detailed description of the problem.

5. procedure for warranty claims
In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service using the contact details provided on our website. You may be asked to return the product for inspection. The decision to repair or replace is at the discretion of BOXIO. Any repairs or replacements will not extend the original warranty period.
