Terms and Conditions for Boxio Fall Giveaway

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is everyone who is at least 18 years old as of the start date.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Boxio are not eligible to participate.
  • By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

2. How to Enter

  • Participants must fill out the form provided on https://myboxio.com/pages/fall-giveaway by which they also agree to suscribe to the newsletter. 
  • Only one entry per person is allowed, unless otherwise specified.

3. Prize

4. Start and End Dates

  • The giveaway begins on 30th October and ends on 18th November 2026.
  • Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner(s) will be notified via email days of the end date.

6. Publicity

  • By entering the giveaway, participants grant BOXIO the right to use their name, likeness, and entry in any promotional materials or advertisements related to the giveaway without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions

  • BOXIO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • BOXIO is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical issues that may affect entry submission.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purposes of the giveaway and will only be shared with the partner companies supplying the prizes of the giveaway and will otherwise not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

  • Participants acknowledge that their contact details may be shared with the giveaway partners who provided the prizes, solely for the purposes of prize fulfillment and limited follow-up communication, in accordance with each partner’s privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release BOXIO and its affiliates from any liability arising from the giveaway or the use of the prize.
