Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Supplier countries:

We deliver from Rostock 🇩🇪 or our fulfillment facility in Indianapolis 🇺🇸 around the globe.

Shipping costs:

Deliveries to US 🇺🇸: $15 (minimum order value = $150)

Free Shipping to US from $250.

Attention: In UK and in CA you may have to pay taxes or tolls. At the moment we cannot predict theses costs and working on a better solution

Delivery times

With our express delivery your order will be delivered within 6-11 days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
