Love my Boxio wash! I used it for the first time and made everything easier from washing hands, face, and brushing teeth. The outer storage box was damaged from shipment but was quickly replaced. Stellar customer service! Thank you!

C’est vraiment un plus pour des adultes sinon beaucoup trop bas. Ça ajoute le rangement ce qui est vraiment pratique.
Ce que je reprocherais à Boxio c’est que si nous n’achetons pas le kit de départ complet , nous sommes obligés de faire l’achat des clips, du bouchons rouge , du réhausseur après et cela reviens très cher avec les frais de douane à payer. Je suis au Canada.
Nous ne pouvons pas savoir que cela serait très utile avant de l’acheter et d’en faire l’essai !

The sink is a great product with quality parts. However, the tubes to the water keep kinking and twisting which restricts flow. Yet to work out how to fix it. It was also missing a seal whcih is shown in the various youtube videos of how to put it together.

Regarding the kinking: A little trick from our community is to shorten the hoses slightly so they sit more directly, or use some warm water to make them extra flexible before positioning the tanks. That usually stops the twisting! As for the missing seal – if something was missing from your box, we’ll fix it immediately. We want your BOXIO WASH to be 100% leak-proof.

I brough theBoxiosink and cushion. Cushion is great. Sink is a bit disappointing...the lines into the tanks keep kinking and twisting which restricts the flow. A seal also piece appeared to be missing.

Great concept, it needs to be made a little more robust. Tuffer plastic overall and a better lid system. The little clips holding the bottom on don’t stay in place. Storage underneath is a good idea though. One handle would be more convenient.

The Boxio composting toilet has been a great solution to my travel needs. Just one tiny problem is that the clips don't fit properly and pop off. I'd love a solution to that.

Great crate toilet!! Works wonderfully once you get the hang of how much shavings you need to use. Be generous.!! This has made my van life so much better! One bag every two or three days versus two or three bags a day. Highly recommended.

The sink set up performs and works as designed. My only beef is the lack of ability to do any mods to the setup...i.e. hook up the faucet to a larger water supply...and pump. But, that's not what its designed for :)

I love what you guys have done with the design of the sink. we’ve all over built our trucks and we’re trying to shed weight and this was a perfect fix. I did pair it up with my Dometic faucet for an up grade to the hand pump. the system works better than expected. Thanks for a better design to a portable sink.
