Assembling was easier with youtube video. Good quality everything is as described if not better.
The sink itself is well designed, well made, and just the right (small) size to fit into my tiny van. Customer service, though, was odd. Two points: 1) I was on the road when I ordered the sink and tried to get it sent to an address other than the billing address--no way to do that. 2) When I phoned to try to address this, the phone number was not Boxio but was a private number. I emailed Boxio about this without any response.

I like the concept but the smell are doing #2 was pretty bad even after covering with hemp shavings.

To better control the smell, please use a generous amount of the cover material and close the container carefully after each use. Please also empty the container very regularly to prevent odors!

Our Boxio - Wash is an absolute game changer! I just used it for the first time on a camping trip, and it completely transformed the experience. Toilet is easy to use and clean, but the unit has top & bottom parts, held together by worthless plastic "clips". Every time we try to pick up the two-piece unit, the clips pop off, and the bottom half of the toilet falls to the ground. This sucks!

Good quality, great idea. Poor execution in a camp like functional wash up setup - as its too clumsy and messy to have to pump something each time you need water to clean your hands.
Bulb leaks and falls off. Faucet also falls off and needs to be reset or aimed.
Sorry but I went back to much cheaper but effective gallon 5 water jug after one day of trial usage in our pits.
Wasted a lot of money on something used for 10 minutes and now will be collecting dust.

Overall a really good design, simple, light, and functional. The small clips that attach the main unit to the riser/storage really don't work well and fall off very easily. I will be looking for another solution for those. If those worked well it would have been 5stars..

I bought the Boxio composting toilet for the full time toilet in my bathroom. It's smaller than any other composting toilet on the market and is a better fit in my tiny 3'x5' bathroom. It doesn't take up visual space like a white one does. It's working beautifully and I'm very happy with the purchase.
This storage box is ample to store supplies. It also acts as a pedestal for the Boxio toilet. I'm very happy with this purchase.
