How can I return my BOXIO products?

If you want to return your BOXIO products, please download your return label from the platform you bought it on. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Please enclose the delivery note with your return and tick the products you want to return and the reasons for your return .

Important information about returns: Amazon eBay

In order for us to refund you the full purchase price, your return must be returned to us in perfect condition!

UNUSED: No one wants a used toilet delivered to them. To ensure this, we can only take back dividers with an unopened hygiene seal. If the hygiene seal is torn when you try it on, please let us know.

UNDAMAGED: Please make sure that you return the goods to us free of scratches (especially on the bottom of the boxes) and other damage.

CLEAN: If necessary, we ask you to remove dirt, such as hair or dust, from your BOXIO products with a damp cloth before sending them back.

COMPLETE: Please return your BOXIO products to us in full, including all individual parts and accessories. Opened consumables such as BIO - BAGS, HEMP LITTER, etc. are excluded from the refund!

ORIGINAL PACKAGING: It is best to send your BOXIO products in the original packaging. If you no longer have these, please use suitable packaging so that the BOXIO products are not damaged during transport.

 

FAQ

What deadlines do I have to observe?

The general time limits for withdrawal apply. After receiving your BOXIO products you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and another 14 days to return the products to us.

How long does it take to get my money back?

As soon as we receive your return, we will check it for completeness and integrity as soon as possible and refund you the purchase price via the payment option used at the time of purchase. 3 days after receipt of your return at the latest, you should receive your money back.
